Changes are coming to Free to Air television in regional Queensland, regional Victoria, and southern NSW from Friday 1 July. The Nine Network channels and their programs will now be broadcast by Southern Cross Austereo and the Ten programs will be broadcast by the WIN Network.
For the past 30 years, the regional broadcaster, Southern Cross Austereo has held a programming supply agreement with the metropolitan TEN Network and the regional broadcaster, WIN Network has held a programming supply agreement with the metropolitan Nine Network.
These two program supply agreements expire on 30 June 2016 and we will see the switch from July 1.
