Case Study: The Retreat Development

The Retreat, Sunshine Coast, offers 14 luxuriously appointed residences over 7 levels, designed for permanent living with an emphasis on capturing the sea breezes and enjoying all the vibrant coastal pocket of Cotton Tree has to offer.

Creatively, ADFX developed marketing collateral including brand development, stationery, flyers, custom di-cut folders and booklets for the developments showroom and various Real Estate offices around the Sunshine Coast. In addition to the print collateral for point-of-sale roll out, ADFX developed a responsive website and digital banners that were placed into online real estate and property webpages. To accompany the onsite & online promotion a series of press adverts were designed for print media and a 4-minute showcase video was produced for potential investors.

To promote off the plan sales and drive enquiries, ADFX developed an integrated, cross platform media plan including TV, Radio, Newspapers, Magazines, RealEstate.com.au and Digital and Social Media Campaign.

Case Study: Ownit Home Sales Campaign

Ownit Homes is a unique home building company, based in Brisbane, dedicated to constructing outstanding architectural style homes and providing generous inclusions, which makes building with Ownit Homes affordable and appealing.

Established by brothers, Peter and Paul Ganim in 1972, Ownit Homes’ primary objective remains clear to this day, “Our intention is to give clients a home building experience that will exceed their expectations.”

As their Media and Creative Agency, ADFX have worked closely with the Ownit Homes Directors and Sales & Marketing team to roll out a number of integrated media campaigns. Across these campaigns our role has included Campaign Strategy, Media Planning & Placement across TV, Radio, Digital and Social Media, plus Creative Direction, Graphic Design, Photography and Video Production.

Case Study: DHA Mount Lofty Digital Campaign

ADFX have partnered with DHA on a number of projects including the proposed development at Mount Lofty, Toowoomba. Working closely with key stakeholders to roll out their ‘get the facts’ campaign.  ADFX have been responsible for developing both the creative and digital/social media strategy as well as executing the large array of digital assets across multiple digi/social platforms.
