Project Description
NoosaCare sets the standard in aged Care, with providing low, medium and high levels of personalised care tailored to the individual needs of the resident community. With two state of the art centres: Carramar in Tewantin and Kabara in Cooroy, this community based, not for profit organisation has set the standard for services and care.
ADFX is proud to have been appointed by NoosaCare to develop a refreshed identity for the brand. The driving factor was the outdated nature of the original logo, feeling that it was no longer communicating the modern, professional and personal approach that the facility prides itself on.
The brand refresh project included roll-out of the new identity across all marketing platforms and business collateral.

Brand refresh
The logo was refined and modernised using neutral and retained colour palette and clean fonts. It was important that the mango tree was included in the new branding as it plays a significant part NoosaCare’s identity, growing on the site since establishment in 1984 and featured in the main garden at the Karamar facility. Maintaining this vital visual asset was seen as vital for the new look brand.
Press Executions
The press ads were designed incorporating the new font, imagery and colour palette, with the core goal to maintain consistency in messaging and strong visual aids..
Website Redesign
A new website was developed for NoosaCare with the core focus being on ease of use and search-ability, whilst still incorporating detailed information on the company and facility.
ADFX developed the new website from start to finish, from initial wire framing, SEO maximised content, design and photography, through to finalisation of the site including internal linking metatags, search engine optimisation and submission. The site was also fully equipped with google analytics and tracking codes, generating monthly traffic reports ensuring the site is delivering on user experience.
TV Commercial Production
A full suite of TV commercial were produced to promote NoosaCare in the Sunshine Coast market. The project included a full day TV shoot, ensuring that critical detail, framing, angles, movement and lighting were captured to deliver exceptional footage for the commercials. Professional talent and NoosaCare staff members were used and the commercial was edited, maintaining consistency with the new look branding in the graphical elements. Once complete, the commercials were distributed to the TV networks to be placed as part of a fully-integrated strategic media plan.

Business Collateral
The full suite of business collateral was designed and printed, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. This included business cards, letterhead, presentation folders, flyers, brochures and cards.
