Our founder and managing director, Kelly Thomas, offers over 20 years of media and marketing experience. Highly organised, very knowledgeable, results driven and extremely strategic, Kelly keeps us all motivated.

Director, Print Services & Distribution

Grant aka GT runs ADFX print and is also our resident DJ pumping out great tunes every day. He is the go to guy for incredible print deals and will make the process a breeze.

With a background in small business marketing, social media management and a Bachelor of Business Marketing from USC, Lily is our newest Team ADFX member and is diving in with an eagerness to learn and support the team in producing quality campaigns for our clients.

Rachelle Ellis

Admin Officer

Since completing a diploma of business back in 2012, Rachelle brings over 8 years of administrative experience to the table. You’ll find Rachelle handling accounts as well as assisting our team of Account Managers.
Rachelle loves spending time with her friends and family and enjoys beach trips, camping and being a mother to her beautiful daughter. Rachelle is a welcome addition to the ADFX family.

Pam brings over 25 years of global management experience in large-scale research, marketing and brand work. With a reputation for being highly energetic and having a positive outlook on life, Pam injects this energy into every project she undertakes and has a genuine love for people and building strong relationships with staff & clients. Pam is a welcome member of the ADFX team.

Since graduating from The University of the Sunshine Coast in 2016 with a Bachelor of Computer-Based Design, Brad has been an integral part of the ADFX family for over 2 years. Working alongside the Creative Director to deliver high quality creative, Brad has done nothing but absorb and develop as a designer.

Since graduating from puppy school back in 2018, Cooper has bought lots of love and energy to the ADFX team. On his days off, Cooper enjoys long walks in the park & playing catch with his brother and sister.
