George Day Caravans & Motorhomes – Rebrand + Repositioning  

The Brief:
With over 40 years of history, George Day Caravans and Motorhomes have a strong reputation in the market as an award winning dealership with the largest range of new and used caravans, campers and luxury motorhomes in Western Australia.

But with dated branding, George Day was in need of a creative strategy and complete rebrand to help ensure they kept up with modern times.

The Creative Solution:
After extensive research and discovery sessions with both George Day and Apollo Motorhomes, ADFX developed a unique brand direction that leveraged existing themes and elements (such as the sky and earth theme found in their previous logo).

Next was the ‘big idea’, a term we use at ADFX that ensures each and every touch point  is aligned with a consistent aesthetic and message. Our approach at this stage is heavily influenced by our initial creative strategy and themes developed in the branding stage. For George Day, we quickly found a strong connection to their name and a classic Aussie saying.

“G’Day George Day” has become a driving force behind the company as it embodies the friendly nature of their team and the importance of starting a conversation.
