Support Worker Training
The Brief:
Support Worker Training Pty Ltd delivers training to people wanting to care for the elderly and people with a disability.
It is the sister company to Your Home Care (another branding project ADFX developed previously), which delivers support to people living with a disability and the elderly in their home.
The logo for Support Worker Training should be aligned to the Your Home Care logo but needs to stand alone as well. It should clearly and easily convey that this business trains people who would like roles in the care/disability industry
The Solution:
The final selection by the client is a unique brand which will confidently stand on its own but also offers a subtle link to the ‘Your Home Care’ brand through text formatting and circular elements.
-The colour palette has been carefully selected to help craft a unique identity and allows the brand to stand out within the market.
-The layered circle is a reimagining of circular elements found within the ‘Your Home Care’ cross, and the overlay of colours (4 parts: Main purple circle and 3 magenta sections) represents Care, Respect, Honesty and Trust.
-The typeface is clean, modern and carefully set out. The stacked layout was specifically chosen for tie in with ‘Your Home Care’
